Tenant Rank is a PropTech scoring tool that evaluates tenant reliability.
In this AI-supported product, we use LLMs (via Groq runtime) such as LLaMA Guard or Qwen to validate tenant-submitted responses in the background. While invisible to the end user, this AI layer improves data quality and ensures safer interactions. I collaborated with the development team to shape how this functionality fits within the product vision, scope, and user trust strategy.
