This case study reflects my role as Product Manager/Project Manager for Christian Hypnobirthing App. A wellness app offering guided meditations and birth preparation tools. I defined feature logic, shaped the user experience, and worked closely with the founder to align product delivery with the needs of expecting mothers.

Christian Hypnobirthing is a meditation and mindset app for pregnant women, designed to reduce anxiety and promote positive, faith-based birth experiences through guided audio content, affirmations, and relaxation tools.

🎯 Goal

To rebuild and modernize an existing app with improved UX, scalable content structure, and a sustainable monetization model — while maintaining the spiritual and emotional tone of the original product.

👩‍💻 My Role & Responsibilities

• Defined and prioritized the product roadmap based on user feedback and business vision
• Collaborated with UX/UI designer on onboarding flow and content categorization
• Designed the monetization strategy, including:
  • subscription tiers (monthly & annual),
  • feature-based paywall logic,
  • value segmentation between free and premium users
• Proposed pricing, positioning and tested communication flow for upgrade moments
• Led sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Managed UAT with the client and early-stage testers
